[strongSwan] Strongswan Custom port option for windows and iPhone client

The other tunnel which i am referring to is openswan and to avoid conflicts
with it I have installed strongswan in /usr/local.
openswan reads /etc/ipsec.conf
while strongswan reads /usr/local/etc/ipsec.conf
