[strongSwan] Separate devices connecting with same user-based credentials (Virtual IP)

Hi Tobias,
The gateways are using the following version:

Linux strongSwan U5.5.0/K4.4.14
Institute for Internet Technologies and Applications
University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil, Switzerland

Also, the devices connecting as well are using strongSwan 5.5.0 on Linux 
machines, and Android devices using strongSwan VPN Client 1.6.1/1.6.2.
