[strongSwan] how to configure the ciphers for charon-nm?

Hi folks,

I wonder how I can define the default ciphers for charon-nm?
The network-manager GUI doesn't support setting ciphers, so I
had hoped charon-nm could read /etc/ipsec.conf?
