[strongSwan] Strongswan crypto libraries are native implementations or from openssl ?

Hi All,

I am looking in to get info on whether the cryptographic libraries used in
strongswan are native implementations or we need to use from openssl ?

I understand that strongswan can be compiled with --enable-openssl option.
Does this option enables the crypto libraries from openssl including the
RNG ?

Please let me know any pointers for the above query.
