[strongSwan] Pcrypt module config flag is incorrect

Hi Folks,

i see in strongswan pcrypt page, to enable pcrypt you guys have asked to
enable CONFIG_PCRYPT.  but the correct flag is CONFIG_CRYPTO_PCRYPT. can
you guys please correct this ?
