[strongSwan] autoconf option for installing Vici plugin header files

Hi All,

I am currently writing a test program to use Vici, and need to include the
"libvici.h". Though, I am having problems finding the autoconf (or make)
option for installing the header for vici (or any strongswan header files).

Would someone be familier with the procedure or steps in the build process
for installing the headers?
