[strongSwan] Windows ikev2 best ike and esp settings

Hi all,

I think I hit a wall in my search on the internet;
I've been trying to find the "best" as in "highest cipher" supported by 
windows native client for ikev2 connections, because the:
ike=aes256-sha1-modp1024
esp=aes256-sha1
pair feels weak compared to what I can get out of Linux clients.

Or is there a good and/or free vpn client software for windows that can 
achive better encryption?
