[strongSwan] [strongswan]EAP-SIM on PCSC and EAP-AKA

Hi. 
I want use eap-aka with real USIM card. 
First, i want ask about eap-sim-pcsc, 
How should i configure it? Just connect pcsc reader, enable plugins and set id in ipsec.conf? 
Second, if i want run eap-aka on USIM card, shoud i modify eap-sim-pcsc through add get_quintuplets implementation, and run eap_aka plugin?
