[strongSwan] pre-fragmentation

Hi,

Here I was testing with pre-fragmentation and I found that strongswan is
doing post fragmentation all time. I set kernel-netlink.mtu to 3000 and
found that any packet exceeding 3000, got fragmented but only after
encryption. Is there any option available to achieve prefragmentation i.e
fragmentation before encryption, if not is there any workaround ?
