[strongSwan] updated packages for Ubuntu

Anyone knows where I could find updated packages for Ubuntu 14.04? The 
StrongSwan version that comes with the distribution is old, I hit a race 
condition from the very first time I've tested it.

I've tried to build my own packages with 5.3.3, but I ran into some 
issues where it could not connect to the other side 
(NO_PROPOSAL_CHOSEN). Probably some bad library, or some bad compile 
option I've passed to ./configure.
