Thanks, but I have the kernel-headers and kernel-xen-devel (as I'm 
building inside a Xen VM) installed and it's still failing.

I noticed that 'if_link.h' header file is not available in kernel 2.6.18 
(which is CentOS 5's default).

Could 5.3.4 the first strongSwan version which can't be built in older 
kernels like 2.6.18?
