[strongSwan] Max number of connection defined in configuration?

Hi,

i have a ipsec.conf config which also includes configs stored inder a
specific path.

Currently, ipsec have loaded 20 connections, and there exists 23 files with
and connection defined in each.

A ipsec reload wont load the last remaining 3 connections.

Are there any limits or such I can tweak?
