[strongSwan] how to tell the iphone to send the issuer certificate?

The strongswan host has copies of the iphone's root and
issuing ca certificates in ipsec.d/cacerts. It's own
certificate has been signed by the same issuing ca.

Is it OK if I send you the log files and the real
config file in private mail? I wouldn't like to post
it on the mailing list.
