[strongSwan] Source Code Debugging Using Eclipse

I am trying to debug the changes made in strong swan using eclipse but it
is not building the file and giving the message of "No rule to make target
'all'. Stop."
Please Guide me how to use Eclipse.
Any anticipation in this regard will be appreciated.
