[strongSwan] ubuntu 14.04 testing environment

As explained before, you should compare the results in console.log with
those on our server to see what exactly failed.  Then check the log
files of the involved hosts for errors.

Anyway, I think many of the failures are caused by certificates that are
now expired.  Andreas recently replaced them with [1].
