[strongSwan] possibility using system variables as leftid

Hi,

scenario http://www.strongswan.org/uml/testresults4/ikev2/rw-eap-ttls-radius/index.html

Did someone try using system variables as leftid?

for example (what I mean):

hostname> echo $YUM0
customer5

Is it possible to use:

ipsec.conf:
...
    leftid=$YUM0 at mycompany.vpn
...

to see on VPN server customer5 at mycompany.vpn

it doesn’t work that is why I'm searching the solution.
