[strongSwan] strongswan retransmit request problem

Most likely this is a connectivity or firewalling issue. You should
check where that IKE_SA_INIT message gets lost. Open up any firewall in
between for UDP ports 500 and 4500 and ESP.

It's not, this is just an unrelated warning.
