[strongSwan] Swanctl.conf parameter equivalent to left/rightdns

Hi Tobias,

Thanks for answer. So the responder DNS attribute is based on the pool
selection.

Though what about the requester? Does a requester also use the pool
parameter to request for DNS attribute?
