[strongSwan] Disconnecting particular road warrior client

Hi,

In my deployment I am using strongswan 5.3.0  as a IPSec server. For this
50 clients will be connected approximately.
If I want disconnect a particulate client based on virtual IP served, is it
possible?

I have gone through the documentation available, but didn't find any clue.

Any pointers would be a great help.
