[strongSwan] strongswan 5.0.4 and windows phone 8.1

Hi,

I use strongswan 5.0.4 on Debian 6.0.10 amd64 Linux. Please advice - 
this version of strongswan (5.0.4) are able to work with IKEv2 of 
Windows Phone 8.1.x ?

I found article:

But, they use version 5.1.3, not 5.0.4. I tried to search info in 
changelogs, but i'm still not sure.
