[strongSwan] how do i specify the right id to be of type ID_KEY_ID

Specifying ID_KEY_ID identities is currently possible only with the @#
prefix, followed by the hex encoding of the identity data:

  rightid=@#74657374

gives an ID_KEY_ID with the content "test".
