[strongSwan] Proposal Logging

Hi,
   I want to debug the following problem:

1. ipsec.conf has esp=aes256
2. I try to establish a VPN connection initiated by my handset and
StrongSwan responds with No Proposal Chosen
3. I would like to see what the problem is by seeing what the proposals are.
4. I set cfg, mgr, ike,esp,knl, etc to be equal to 4 in strongswan.conf for
filelog in order to get more detailed information from the logs, but it
still doesn't show the proposals.

Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong?
