this totorial is not ipsec/l2tp ... this is ipsec with cisco xauth ...
Make sure to use the Cisco IPSec VPN profile, not the L2TP over IPSec
profile you need for Openswan.
i think you need strongswan-plugin-unity too ... i am not sure ...
