[strongSwan] Question for building CRED_CERTIFICATE - X509 failed

These are just warnings, as there is no DSA/PGP/... backend. The plugin
should work nonetheless for RSA/ECDSA keys and certificates.

Newer releases are less verbose when reporting these warnings to avoid
the confusion.
