[strongSwan] RPM Build

hi 
  I have downloaded strongswan  http://download.strongswan.org/strongswang-5.1.1.tar 
and after then i have configure strongSwan using some options
-e./configure –prefix=/usr –sysconfdir=/etc/Accelpro -–enable-xauth-eap –-enable eap-radius –-enable-attr-sql -–enable-sqlite 
.........................................
after this i want to make rpm. please help on next step for making rpm and how to make installer for his use..
Please help
