[strongSwan] Allowing Multiple logins from same user

HI all,

Is there a way to allow multiple logins from 1 user?

Say I wanted to have a global login for Sales and another for Marketing and allow all employees in that department to use it.

If that is not allowed then is there a way that when the user reconnects from a different source IP address it sends a logout from to the existing connection?
