[strongSwan] rightsubnet with "::/1, 8000::/1" causes updown script failure

I know-- and I am no stranger to the Strongswan sources myself as I've
done some adapting here and there myself (which will hopefully result in
a patch soonish when I get the time).

The problem here is not the updown script itself but higher up in the
chain already. The caller should not pass %any6 as a parameter. That is
unsupported by the script and clearly a bug in the calling code. That's
all that needs fixing. ;)
