[strongSwan] Connecting to Windows 2012 Advanced Firewall using Strongswan with certs

Hi.
Has anyone successfully got a Linux instance to connect to a Windows 2012 server using Strongswan with Cert authentication?

I can get pre-shared keys working, but can't get a quick mode connection to establish with certs.  Feel like i've tried every combination so was wondering if anyone else had actually achieved it.
