I have set up loggin of Strongswan to a file, to /var/log/strongswan.log.
But nothing was changed except error in syslog file, where 'opening file
/var/log/strongswan/strongswan.log for logging failed: Permission denied'
was in.
I didn' t find description of solving for this issue.
I think it is necessary to include it to strongswan docs/at site and so on.

So, I have solved this issue, that is impossibility logging to a file.
It is necessary to add full path + file name to
apparmor/usr.lib.isec.charon with rw access rights, then restart ipsec and
voila, logging to the file has been started !
