If not specified, leftid defaults to left, rightid to right. So you are
expecting clients to use IP addresses as identities on the responder.

On the initiator, however, rightid is implicitly that domain name.

So none of the available configurations match.

Try to add leftid=artipc10.vub.ac.be to your responder configuration.
