Hello,

I looked for  tickets regarding IKEv2 fragmentation in the issues database and found an important patch that fixes IKEv2
rekeying. The associated ticket for it is here [1] I recommend applying the patch [2] to the downloaded strongSwan 5.2.1 sources before compiling them.
