[strongSwan] Strongswan Android client could not log in (VPN otherwise working for Win7)

I'm sorry for all the messages.  Took one step forward, one step back.  
With these changes, it finally works with the Android app, but doesn't 
work with Windows 7 anymore.

Here's the diff between my /etc/ipsec.conf and the one on the wiki for Win7:

The syslog now says:

Windows 7 throws out the generic 13801 error.
