[strongSwan] Radius Disconnect-Request not working

Ok.
It is working now.
Although I tried before to use the strongswan external ip, internal ip,
127.0.0.1 and 0.0.0.0, but it did not work unless I remove the commented
text after the ip address.
listen = 0.0.0.0
