[strongSwan] IPCOMP question

Hm, looks like there was good reason why we disabled IPComp on NATed
connections.

In my short test the connection worked, but I NATed on the same box as
strongSwan was running. Maybe it doesn't if NAT is done on a dedicated
box, or there is a kernel issue or something. I'll have to test that in
more detail when I find some time.
