[strongSwan] strongSwan 5.0 packages / Debian wheezy backports

I've also published some notes on my blog yesterday about getting
strongSwan 5.0 packages onto Debian wheezy before they reach backports:

I'm sure the Debian package maintainers would be grateful for any
feedback from people who use this or enhance the packaging in any way,
