[strongSwan] DPD not advertised by peer

Hello,
Apparently DPD is not activated if peer doesn't advertise it. Is there any
way to simulate DPD when peer is Android.
NAT-T keep-alives flow naturally when peer is connected. Isn't there a way
to use them for peer absence.
Log message for DPD not availabe on peer will be nice. Thanks.
