[strongSwan] How to turn off nat_traversal in IKEv1

Hi, all.

I want to turn off nat_traversal for my device test.
But here is no that keyword since 5.x.
Also, I find mobike=no can turn off it in IKEv2, 
but I want test non-traversal on windows IPsec/L2TP, 
which only work in IKEv1.
Is there any way to let windows client connect to server only using port 500?

Please help me.
