[strongSwan] eap-mschapv2 plugin problem

eap-mschapv2 depends on two older crypto algorithms, namely DES-ECB and
MD4. While DES is provided by default in through the "des" plugin, MD4
is not. It can be enabled with --enable-md4 during configure (or
alternatively through --enable-openssl).
