[strongSwan] Inactivity Timeout default value

I am in the situation where I have been tasked to determine why VPN
connections to a strongSwan v5.4.3 server run in the Roadwarrior
configuration seem to drop prematurely. One possibility is the that the
Inactivity Timeout period is exceeded, but this parameter is not
included in any of the ipsec.conf conn sections, hence my need for the
default value.
