[strongSwan] How to use the functionality of "ipsec stop" on Android

Hi,
Unlike ipsec starter, which works fine on android, ipsec stop doesn't hold
good. Is there any way or work around to stop ipsec processes (starter and
charon) without killing them everytime explicitly on Android?
