I have posted a guide on how to create X509 certificates for use between 
Windows 7(client) and StrongSwan(server) using IKEv2. The guide is a 
compliment to what's on StrongSwan's Wiki. I give all rights to the 
StrongSwan team to include part or all of this post into the official 
StrongSwan Wiki.
