[strongSwan] ikev2 not working

Hello Niccolò,
we support IKEv2 authentication based on raw RSA public keys
only in connection with an SQLite or MySQL database (ipsec.sql)
as demonstrated in the following example:
http://www.strongswan.org/uml/testresults/sql/rw-rsa/
