[strongSwan] Interested in measuring the time it takes for a IKE SA, IPSEC SA negotiation

This is a good idea but I'm looking for something that can be obtained
through strongswan itself either through configuration or modification. I
plan to initiate many tunnels simultaneously so each tunnel setup time can
be measured.
