[strongSwan] Problem exporting pkcs12-File

4.4.0 certainly doesn't support PEM output yet, so please upgrade
if possible to 4.6.1, although some 4.5.x versions should already
come with PEM conversion. And yes you have to add

  --outform pem

to both certificates and keys since the default is always binary
DER format.
