[strongSwan] Authentication method for windows users

Hi
I want to setup StrongSwan as VPN gateway in order to our users can connect
to company's LAN.
Our users have windows XP and Seven.
Which authentication method does strongswan support so that all users can
connect ? or what mechanisms is there for connection client to StrongSwan?
