No, there is no specific reason, I just forgot to add it. And it crossed
my mind just this morning that it would be useful.

Calling-Station-Id is probably the best choice to include the outer
address. Please try the attached patch. It encodes the IP as a string,
as we SHOULD in Calling-Station-Id.
