[strongSwan] Changing strongswan.conf file path

Hi,

is it possible to change the strongswan.conf file path ?
currently in my case it's always reading from /var/tmp/shells
i want it to change to /etc/strongswan.conf

is there any command line parameter or some configuration parameter to give
in ipsec.conf which will be read by ipsec starter to start the charon
daemon ?
