[strongSwan] I try to add AH protocol support in charon and have some questions about it

As combined mode ESP+AH is obsolete with RFC 4301, we don't have plans
to implement it. AH only (or RFC 4301 non-bundle ESP+AH) is not widely
used, we don't have any plans for it, either.

I don't think AH will come to strongSwan very soon, unless someone is
willing to sponsor the development.
