[strongSwan] Android native IPSec VPN

Hi,

Does strongSwan implement certificate based native IPSec VPN for
Android? AFAIK Android currently only supports L2TP/IPsec, and even
then I'm having problems with getting certificate based L2TP/IPsec to
work. PSK works just fine though.

I'm looking for a way to get certificate based native IPsec VPN to
work on Android.
