[strongSwan] load testing with traffic

Hi all,

I would like to use the load-tester plugin to test with traffic against a gateway.
I don't have much experience with using strongSwan, but I didn't find any option or guidelines on how to use load-tester with traffic.
Is this not possible with the current implementation?
Does it require software modifications in the load-tester plugin?
